I think Promise NYC should sign with Funk Volume he is A LOT BETTER THEN ANY UNDERGROUND RAPPER RIGHT NOW! have you guys heard of him?? he is definitely the best Underground Artist I've Heard in a While!! his lyrics are INCREDIBLE!!! something i haven't heard in a long time... just ask Hopsin himself... on his twitter page he was asked "who is your favorite underground artist right now?" hopsin replied saying "Promise NYC" so ya'll need to check out Promise NYC on youtube!
